What we need from you on day one

A short checklist so the first meeting is useful, even if you do not have a full brief.

Sketch roll and site photographs on a studio desk

You do not need a complete brief to start. You do need a site (or a shortlist), a sense of budget as a band not a wish, and honesty about who will actually live or work there.

Bring photographs of the street, the neighbours, and the worst room. Bring the CDA or housing-society rules if they exist. Tell us what you are afraid of — cost, delay, a house that looks like someone else’s.

We will tell you, in the first conversation, whether we are the right studio. That is the whole point of Discovery.
